Real estate agency specialising in high-end residential property transactions, Terres & Océan Biarritz & Hossegor is looking for experienced independent consultants as part of its strong development on the Basque Coast and/or South Landes.
DESIRED PROFILE :
– Dynamic, willing and motivated
– Valuable, honest and reliable candidate
– Excellent presentation
– A previous commercial experience is essential and justified
– Good general culture
– Knowledge of software and digital tools
– Foreign language strongly desired (English).
– Established in the sector and a good relational in the area
– Good interpersonal skills, ability to listen and to develop real relationships of trust with your interlocutors.
YOUR MISSIONS :
– Active prospecting and research of properties for sale in the area,
– Setting up and monitoring the marketing process:
– Estimation of properties,
– Negotiation, drafting and signing of sales mandates,
– Organisation of photos, collection of documents necessary for the constitution of the marketing file, drafting of advertisements,
– Contacting buyers, carrying out visits, receiving offers to purchase.
– Collecting the documents required to complete the sales file and preparing the legal file in-house,
– Follow-up of the sale file, in close collaboration with the notaries, until the signing of the deed,
– Development and animation of its own network of partners and business contributors,
– Promotion and representation of Terres & Océan agencies and its values.
