Since 2007, based on the respective experiences of its founder and its collaborators, Terres & Oc\u00e9an Agency has developed a real expertise in the knowledge of the high-end residential property market from the south of the Landes to the Basque Coast, and the support of its buyers and sellers for their real estate projects.<\/p>\n

The Agency has two showcases in the city centers of Biarritz and Hossegor and is developing its prospecting and property search activities around these two flagship stations. <\/p>\n

A substantial annual budget is devoted to advertising, communication and ad placement on the main high-end and generalist real estate portals and sites, as well as social networks.<\/p>\n

The sales team is made up of employees, most of whom speak English and\/or another language, and are used to dealing with customers of any nationality. <\/p>\n

During these years of activity, the Terre & Oc\u00e9an Agency has established itself as a reference player in the transaction of prestige real estate, but also more traditional properties in sought-after sectors.<\/p>\n

The Agency has also been able to build an important network of partner providers who can help you in your projects (architects, diagnosticians, craftsmen and construction companies, notaries, financing advice, currency brokers…).<\/p>\n
