Real Estate independent consultant.

Real estate agency specialized in high-end residential property transactions, Terres & Océan Biarritz & Hossegor, is looking for experienced independent consultants as part of its strong development on the Basque Coast and/ or South Landes sector.

Desired profile:

– Dynamic, Willing and Motivated
– Good, honest and reliable candidate
– Excellent presentation
– Required and justified business experience, preferably in real estate
– Good general knowledge
– Knowledge of office and digital tools
– Foreign language preferred (English).
– Established on the sector and developed relationship
– Interpersonal and listening skills
– Ability to develop real relationships of trust with his interlocutors.

Your missions:

– Active prospecting and search for real estate for sale in the sector,
– Implementation and monitoring of the marketing process:
• Property Estimate
• Negotiation, drafting and signing of sales mandates
• Organization of photos, collection of documents necessary for the constitution of the marketing file, writing of ads
• Contact customers buyers, conducting visits, receiving purchase offers.
– Collection of the documents necessary for the constitution of the sales file and realization of the legal file internally
– Follow-up of the sales file, in close contact with the notaries, until signing the authentic deed, – Development and animation of its own network of partners and business introducers
– Promotion and representation of the Terre & Océan agencies and their values.

Independent contract, attractive remuneration (possibility of six-figure annual commission) and according to achieved turnover, two well established agencies in Hossegor and Biarritz, important advertisement and communication budget, training, technical and legal support, very good reputation and relational quality of a structure on a human scale… Currently open.
