From 100 000 to 200 000 € : 7%
From 201 000 € to 350 000 € : 6%
Beyond 350 000 € : 5%

They are necessary for the sale, and normally at the owner’s charge.
In the case of an exclusive mandate, the required surveys are free of charge.
