In 2016, we opened a second agency in Biarritz, convinced of the complementarity of the two geographical areas, for our local clientele but also for clients from other regions wishing to return or settle on the Atlantic coast.

Fees: the sale prices include the negotiation fees TTC, according to the schedule posted in our offices.

Negotiation fees TTC (included in all displayed prices, payable by the Acquirer, except in special cases):
Less than € 200,000: 7%
From 201,000 to 399,000 euros: 6%
From €400,000: 5%
The fees are only due at the final conclusion of the transaction.
Diagnostics: They are normally the responsibility of the seller owner.
Under an exclusive mandate, mandatory diagnoses will be reimbursed at the time of final sale:
- surface certificate for co-ownership (Carrez law)
- asbestos diagnosis
- exposure to lead
- termite diagnosis
- energy performance diagnosis (Dpe)
- State of mechanical, natural and technological hazards.
